Design and Technology
I'll be very honest with you: it took me some time to appreciate BMW's new design language, especially when it comes to its electric vehicles. The iX3 is the first vehicle that, in my opinion, shows a better mastery of proportions and shapes. In short, all that to say that the Bavarian automaker's SUV is quite pleasant to look at overall. BMW has also done an excellent job when it comes to details and lighting.
The cabin is clean, modern, and very elegant. I really like the fact that the infotainment system's display isn't perfectly rectangular. The dashboard may seem fairly simple overall, but there are countless details that make it intricate and very pleasing to the eye.
Performance
The 2027 BMW iX3 offers only one powertrain configuration, but that is far from being an issue, as both power and efficiency are there. The SUV's electric powertrain produces a total of 463 horsepower and 476 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive comes standard. The iX3 is equipped with a 112.2-kWh battery pack, which stores enough energy to provide an average range of 698 kilometres on a full charge. It also offers a towing capacity of 4,400 pounds, which is well above the average for its segment.
Weaknesses
The dashboard is a little too simple. A few more vibrant colour choices and a sportier version would certainly be welcome.

It is a very enjoyable vehicle to drive, packed with cutting-edge technology, and it certainly turns heads wherever it goes. Its range is also well above average.
